JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-06-2018 Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sidhwalia P.S. Case No. 141 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner, who happens to be husband of the deceased, is of causing death to his wife. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the whole prosecution case is false and concocted and both the parties have compromise the case.
Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides and in view of allegation and petitioner happens to be husband of deceased, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, rather
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21383 of 2018 (3) dt.25-06-2018 2/2 petitioner to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit.
