2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 17 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the IPC and Section 136 of the Indian Electricity Act, 2023.

3. As per allegation, some unknown persons committed theft of three phase four wire AB cable due to which the Electricity Department suffered a loss of approximately Rs. 1,35,000/-.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It has further been submitted that out of six cases the petitioner has been granted bail in four cases which have been mentioned in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 17 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
