2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application of the petitioner is pending before respondent no.3 (The District Magistrate, Begusarai) since 2022.

3. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation

Patna High Court CWJC No.16418 of 2022(4) dt.30-09-2024 2/2 before the respondent no.3 (The District Magistrate, Begusarai) annexing all the relevant documents in support of his claim within a period of four weeks from today.

4. If the petitioner files the representation before the aforesaid period, the respondent no.3 (The District Magistrate, Begusarai) is directed to consider the application/representation of the petitioner and pass a speaking order after hearing the petitioner within a period of two months further in accordance with law.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
