That this writ application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ/ Writs, Order/ Orders, direction/ directions to the respondents to remove encroachment from the Gairmajarua, Kaisre hind land bearing Khata No. 211, Khesra No. 1293, admeasuring 0.9 decimals, situated in front of the house of the petitioner, at Village-Yogiya Kamlabari, BlockLadaniyan, District-Madhubani, which has been found to have been

Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Madhubani for enforcement of the order dated 28.05.2022, passed by the Circle Officer, Ladaniyan, DistrictMadhubani, in connection with Encroachment Case No. 03 of 2019-20 and in case appropriate petition is filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, appropriate action shall be taken by the District Magistrate, Madhubani, in accordance with law, forthwith.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
