The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Raxaul P.S.case No.92 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 436, 384, 427, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of setting the hut of the informant on fire. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has already remained in custody for six months and the charge sheet has already been submitted. Moreover, compromise has also been reached between the parties. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
