No.46571 of 2013 (4) dt.12-07-2016 2/2 charge has already been framed and, as such, the prayer for withdrawal of the aforesaid petitions is being made, so that he may take all the pleas, which have been taken in the present petitions, at the defence stage before the court below.
The prayer is allowed.
Both the aforesaid petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as indicated above.
