The petitioner is in custody in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 452 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. He was subsequently remanded in this case on 30.04.2019 yet he has not been sent for T.I.P. to establish his involvement in the commission of crime. The petitioner is in custody since 30.04.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. and has remained in custody since 30.04.2019, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63276 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 452 of 2018.
