The petitioner has prayed for bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation in the FIR, while the informant was returning after selling milk, petitioners and others abused and assaulted him by means of lathi, danda and rod as a result of which he sustained head injury and became unconscious. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. They

On the back ground of land dispute the alleged occurrence took place at the spur of moment. General and omnibus allegations have been levelled against the petitioner. Petitioners are in custody since 26.08.2022.

The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Barh (Patna) in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No. 108/ 2022.
