ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 04-04-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that out of four cases three criminal cases belong to district Madhubani. Learned counsel is not interested to press this writ petition for the case pending at Sitamarhi.

In this view of the matter, the defects pointed by the office regarding filing different cases are hereby ignored. The petitioner shall be at liberty to raise his grievances in fresh writ relating to the case pending at Sitamarhi district.

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1553 of 2022(2) dt.04-04-2023 2/2 are present.

After some arguments counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to dispose off this writ petition in the light of the order passed by the coordinate Bench in Cr.W.J.C. No. 153 of 2017 (Surendra Singh Vrs. State of Bihar & Ors.) and analogous cases decided on 09.09.2022.

The counsel for the State has no objection.

The petitioner is directed to file his representation before the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani (respondent no.

4) within four weeks from today and the Superintendent of Police is directed to do the needful in accordance the directions given in the above mentioned case.

With this observation, this criminal writ petition is disposed off.
