JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-06-2018 Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barachatti P.S.Case No. 465 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner, who is Chairman of PACS, has sold the paddy in the market and not deposited the amount of Rs.15,65,000/- in the Co-operative Bank. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is ready to deposit the said amount if some reasonable time is granted to him.

No.11627 of 2018 (5) dt.22-06-2018 2/2 circumstances, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender within a period of six weeks along with a Bank Draft of Rs.1 lakh payable to the Co-operative Bank and on his so surrendering he will be released on provisional bail to the satisfaction of court below for a period of five months and he will continue to pay the rest of the amount in five equal instalments in first week of every following months and once the whole amount is deposited his bail bond shall be confirmed and on failure to deposit any instalment his bail bond shall be cancelled.
