JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-02-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner pertaining to non-grant of the benefits of the 1st and 2nd A.C.P. be considered by the respondents and a speaking order be directed to be passed within a specified time frame. It is further submitted that the Block Development Officer, Dhanarua has already recommended the case of the petitioner for grant of 1st and 2nd A.C.P.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner should file a detailed representation within a period of two weeks from today before the respondent no. 2 and the respondent no. 2 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks thereafter
