JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 15-10-2019 Vide notification dated 19.05.2015, the State Government constituted Bihar Anudanit Shikshan Sansthan Pradhikar Niyamawali, 2015 to take care of the dispute of Anudanit Shikshak.

Considering the notification dated 19.05.2015, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Pradhikar for redressal of his grievance. In the event, the petitioner files appropriate application before the Pradhikar along with a copy of this order

Patna High Court CWJC No.20030 of 2019(2) dt.15-10-2019 2/2 within a period of one month from today, the Pradhikar will entertain the petition and dispose of the same after condoning the delay, if any, at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of filing the petition.
