2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, which was earlier rejected six times by another coordinate Bench of this Court. Lastly, it was rejected by order dated 8.2.2023 passed in Cr. Misc No. 28677 of 2022 with a direction to trial court to conclude the trial within a period of six months.

3. In compliance of order dated 02.12.2023, a progress report dated 22.12.2023 has been received which is kept on record as flag 'A' from which it appears that trial is

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that trial has not been concluded as yet. He further submits that petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 22.01.2016 i.e. for about eight years.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge III, Lakhisarai in connection with S.T. No. 81 of 2018 arising out of Barahiya P.S. Case No. 206 of 2015.
