2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 05.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50141 of 2021.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is compromise between the parties.

5. From perusal of the materials available on record, I am not inclined to entertain the second anticipatory bail application. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail application is again rejected in connection with Siswan (M.H. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 55 of 2021.
