The present writ application has been preferred for a direction to the respondent authorities to release the performance based grant-in-aid to the petitioner's college for its distribution to erstwhile employees who were teaching in Senior Secondary Section from the Session 2013-2015 to 2022-2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for

Patna High Court CWJC No.14627 of 2024(2) dt.24-09-2024 2/2 redressal of the aforesaid grievance, the petitioner has approached before the respondent authorities by filing representations vide Annexures-12 & 13 to this application but till today no order has been passed on the representation of the petitioner.

4. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh detailed representation before the respondent no.7 along with all supporting documents within a period of two weeks and the respondent no.7 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks thereafter.

5. It is made clear that respondent no.7 shall be liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
