The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 77 of 2019 registered under Section 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b)A, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 30313 of 2019 on 16.05.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail
