2. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition with respect to petitioner no. 1, namely, Manoj Kumar Son of Late Deodas Yadav, resident of VillageChandanpura, P.S. Tilanthoo, District- Rohtas.
3. Permission is accorded.
4. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with respect to petitioner no. 1.
5. The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to appoint petitioners on compassionate ground as petitioner's father died in harness while they are working in Bihar State Handloom and Handicraft Corporation, Udyog Bhawan, Gandhi Maidan, Patna.
6. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners invites attention to the judgment of this Court dated 15.10.2015 passed in CWJC No. 7287 of 2014 (Jiwendra Kumar Vs. the State of Bihar and Ors.). It is submitted that the facts and circumstances of the present case is similar to the aforesaid case and as such, learned counsel for the petitioner requests that the present writ petition may also be disposed of on the same term.
7. Learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for the Bihar State Handloom and Handicraft Corporation have no objection if the present writ petition is disposed of in light of order/judgment dated 15.10.2015 passed in CWJC No. 7287 of 2014 (Jiwendra Kumar Vs. the State of Bihar and Ors.).

8. In the above view of the matter and with consent of the parties, this writ petition is disposed of with the directions to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners in terms of the judgment of this Court dated 15.10.2015 passed in CWJC No. 7287 of 2014 (Jiwendra Kumar Vs. the State of Bihar and Ors.) and all the observations and directions contained therein shall accordingly apply in the present case.
