Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that petitioner superannuated in 2011 and thereafter he filed representation before the respondents for consideration of the case of the petitioners for payment of arrears of salary which is still pending.

In view of the fact that the representation of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7466 of 2012(5) dt.01-08-2018 2/2 petitioners as contained in Annexure-9 is still pending, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Director, Primary Education to dispose of the representation dated 17.07.2010 by a reasoned and speaking order, if not disposed of, within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
