2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 89 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 118(1), 303(2), 109, 74, 352, 351(2), 351(3) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., lodged on 18.05.2025 by the informant, Nasarin Pravin.

As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that she heard noise near the mosque and upon reaching the place alongwith son and upon enquiry, allegation is that this petitioner gave knife blow on the face of her son while Vishal Kumar Paswan gave wooden rod blow on the shoulder, Chhotu Paswan assaulted the lady and this led to the F.I.R.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that exaggerated allegation is there, a counter case has also been

5. Learned APP on the other hand opposes the prayer submitting that the assault was on the face and the injury report shows that brain was scanned and some fracture was found.
6. Considering the submissions of the parties as also the materials on record, no prayer for anticipatory bail can be accepted.
7. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
8. However, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of four weeks, files bail application, the court concerned shall consider the matter and dispose it of preferably on the same day.
