The petitioner seeks bail in C2/173/17 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(K) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

24 liters of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession and for that the petitioner is in jail since 12.03.2017.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in C2/173/17.
