The petitioner, who is the husband, has been in custody since 17.11.2018 in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 1133 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the fact that the death occurred within seven years of marriage in connection with the demand of dowry, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to this petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.

Trial be expedited so as to conclude the same positively within a period of one year.
