Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2019.

Submission is that petitioner was never put on T.I. Parade during investigation nor any incriminating article was recovered from his possession.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60944 of 2019(2) dt.15-10-2019 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sanhaulla Police Station Case No.124 of 2018 corresponding to G.R.No.4506 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
