2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chiksaura P.S. Case No. 91 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

3. Recovery is of total 25 litres of illicit liqour.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 12.08.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68207 of 2023(2) dt.18-10-2023 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-V-cumSpecial Judge Excise, Biharsharif (Nalanda) in connection with Chiksaura P.S. Case No. 91 of 2023.

7. The petitioner will visit Chiksaura, DistrictNalanda, Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
