Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present writ petition has been filed for consideration and appointment on compassionate ground in terms of policy decision of State government in view of sudden death of the fathers of these petitioners on 01.05.2021 , 16.02.2016 and 04.06.2014 respectively who were working as Assistant

3 . Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner is sons of deceased employees and possesses necessary qualification . Petitioners have also attached their certificates i. e, . degree of Primary Teachers Training (D. El. Ed.) and passed out CTET Examination and requested for acceptance of their candidature , but till date no action has been taken by the respondent/s authority .

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, the respondent concerned is directed to consider the case of the petitioners for their appointment on compassionate ground in accordance with law and pass appropriate order within a period of eight weeks from the date receipt/production of copy of this order.

5 . With above direction , the writ petition stands disposed.
