Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 376 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63213 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 15.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62774 of 2019. Learned counsel has produced the web copy of the aforesaid order. Let it be kept on record. Petitioners are men of clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Daqnapur, Patna in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 376 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
