JUSTICE PRAKASH CHANDRA JAISWAL ORAL ORDER 16-10-2019 By filing aforesaid modification petition, petitioner no.1 has sought extension of period of surrender before the learned lower court modifying the order dated 26.06.2019 of this Court with the case that on 26.06.2019 while allowing the bail petition of the petitioners, petitioners were directed to surrender before the learned lower court and furnish bail bonds within six weeks from the date of said order, but as the petitioner no.1 has been suffering from Peptic Ulcer Disease and he was advised by the doctor to take complete bed rest for six weeks from 30.06.2019, hence due to aforesaid ailment he could not surrender before the learned lower

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61186 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 court within the stipulated period.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner no.1 is directed to surrender before the learned lower court and furnish bail bond within two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Accordingly aforesaid modification petition is allowed.
