2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 302/2023 lodged on 06.05.2023 under Section 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the FIR has been lodged against 11 named accused persons, including the present petitioner against whom there is allegation that they in connivance with each other has committed the criminal breach
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67810 of 2023(4) dt.29-02-2024 2/3 of trust of Rs.1,79,19,000/- of the State Bank of India.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. In the FIR, it has been alleged that the petitioner has attached the account from the home loan from more customers and transfer it to the another customers. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner himself is not the beneficiary even if the allegation is assumed to be true. None of the individual customers have filed any complaint before the Bank. The petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2023 having no criminal antecedent. The chargesheet has already been submitted.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Learned counsel for the State Bank of India India opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner is the master mind of such act by which the bank had caused huge loss.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, but only after framing of charge, if not framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
