2. The present modification application has been filed for modification in order dated 16.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.39291 of 2025, to the extent that inadvertently in Paragraph No. 3 of the main bail application, only one criminal antecedent of the petitioners bearing Paharkhatta PS Case no.70 of 2024 has been mentioned whereas they are also accused in Paharkatta (Chhatargachh) PS Case No.114 of 2023. Accordingly, in the light of order passed in Paragraph No.7 of order dated 16.07.2025, the petitioners could not furnish their bail bond before the learned district court.

3. Considering the above submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, I find it proper to substitute 'The petitioners have criminal antecedent of two cases bearing Paharkatta (Chhatargachh) PS Case No.70 of 2024 and Paharkatta (Chhattargachh) P.S.Case No.114 of 2023" as the last line of Paragraph No.4 of order dated 16.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.39291 of 2025.

4. The order dated 16.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.39291 of 2025 is accordingly modified to the above extent and other parts of the order shall remain intact.

5. Accordingly, the present modification application stands disposed of.
