Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed objection.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Staff Selection Commission to consider the objection of the petitioner for preparation of final select list. Out of 34540 vacancy 2413 vacancy is left out of the Assistant Teacher to be appointed in terms of advertisement No. 210/2010.
