2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chandramandi P.S. Case No. 168 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnized with Rohit Kumar Lohra in the year 2018. The couple were blessed with two daughters. Thereafter, the accused persons started demanding a motorcycle in dowry and due to non-fulfillment, they committed dowry death of the deceased. In the night, 09/10.09.2023, the maternal inmates of the deceased transmitted information to the informant that the deceased had committed suicide by strangulating herself. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is mother-in-law having no concern with day-today affairs of the couple. She has falsely been implicated merely because she is mother of husband of the deceased. The specific allegation is of demand of a motorcycle, which is not supposed for use of the petitioner. She is an old lady of clean antecedent and the husband of the deceased is under custody.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Chandramandi P.S. Case No. 168 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/- U T
