2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

3. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Kabaiya P.S. Case No. 32 of 2025 registered under Sections 191(2), 109(1), 324(2), 126(2), 127(2), 352, 351 of the BNS, 2023.

4. As per the prosecution story, these petitioners along with other co-accused persons came with various arms and weapons and obstructed the movement of vehicle on which the idol of Maa Saraswati was placed. It is alleged that all the accused persons including these petitioners have assaulted the informant and other persons due to which they got injured.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case between the parties relating to some dispute on the occasion of immersion of effigy of Goddess Saraswati. It is further submitted that injuries are found to be simple in nature.

6. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Kabaiya P.S. Case No. 32 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/ 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
