The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 485 of 2019 (Special Case No. 6993 of 2019), registered under Sections 272, 273, 414, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case on the basis of statement of spy of the police. The petitioner has no concerned with the alleged swift desire car as well as illicit liquor and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63105 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 of the case, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 485 of 2019 (Special Case No. 6993 of 2019) subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) S.Katyayan/- U T
