JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-08-2018 A supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the appellant stating therein that alias name of the father of the appellant is Krishan Prasad and Aadhaar Card also bears name as Krishan Prasad, whereas in the petition it was mentioned as Manoj Kumar, which is alias name of the father of the appellant. Consequently, in the order dated 16.07.2018, whereby anticipatory bail was granted to the appellant, his father's name was recorded as Manoj Kumar only.

Perused the original Aadhaar Card produced by the appellant.

Let father's name of the appellant be read as Krishan Prasad @ Manoj Kumar.
