====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 31-01-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/201 r/w Section 34 of the IPC.

3. As per the allegations made in the FIR, daughter of the informant was married with the son of the petitioners. After the victim came into the house of the petitioners, entire family member including petitioners and their son used to torture her and finally they took life of the daughter of the informant.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no of-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70206 of 2023(3) dt.31-01-2024 2/2 fence. They have been falsely implicated in this case. No such occurrence, in the manner as alleged, has ever taken place. The allegation leveled against the petitioners is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. He further submits that husband of the deceased is already in judicial custody. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

5. Vide order dated 01.11.2023, petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court and case diary was called for. The same has been received.

6. The provisional bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 01.11.2023, in connection with Kinjar P.S. Case No.01 of 2023, is hereby confirmed, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
