JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-08-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Madhwapur P.S. Case No. 69 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 409, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsels appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been implicated in this due to high handedness of superior authorities. During investigation, witnesses have stated that work has been completed. Similarly situated coaccused person has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 01.06.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22691 of 2017. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
