====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-03-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for opposite party no. 2.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366-A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 / 12 of the POCSO Act.
3. Pursuant to order dated 18.12.2024 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner and daughter of opposite party no. 2 are present in Court.
4. As per F.I.R., it is alleged that this petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant/opposite party no. 2.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties were in love for the last four years and as such, with her own sweat will, the victim solemnized marriage with this

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge - 6 cum Special Judge POCSO, Banka in connection with Dhoraiya P.S.
