1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or directions to the respondents no.1 to 7, to remove the respondent no.8 from service, who is working as Principal in the R. Lall Mahavidyalay, Ali Nagar, Nalanda, on the basis of illegal appointment in the college, without holding the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15189 of 2024(2) dt.03-10-2024 2/2 requisite qualification for appointment on the post of Lecturer and the said appointment has not been approved by the Managing Committee."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Vice Chancellor, Patliputra University, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
