2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2022.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, total 80 liters of illicit liquor has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that he has no concern with the said recovery and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 28.07.2025 and there is no independent witness of seizure list.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Ist Exclusive Special Excise Judge, Saran at Chapra in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 260 of 2024.
