The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nawkothi P.S. Case no. 24 of 2019, registered under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that daughter of the informant aged about 14 years moved for market along with petitioners and one Anita Devi, while they returned at their houses after marketing, but daughter of informant did not return then informant Sunita Devi made query from them, but they did not give any satisfactory reply, while informant searched her daughter, but no trace was found. Thereafter, she raised suspicion about kidnapping of her daughter by the petitioners

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners and others had gone to market for purchasing of household articles and on that day, daughter of the informant had also gone to market, but daughter of the informant was not in the company of petitioners only due to that reasons, both the petitioners and Anita Devi, who are lady, have falsely been implicated in this case mere on suspicion having their hands in the kidnapping of daughter of informant. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Nawkothi P.S. Case No. 24 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
