This application has been filed for quashing of order dated 11.01.2019 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in Complaint Case No. 1652C of 2018 for the offences under Section 138 of the N.I. Act.

The defence of the petitioner cannot be seen at the stage of cognizance. Accordingly, this application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds at the stage of framing of charge.
