2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 198 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner's wife was having an illicit relation with the deceased and at his instance, the deceased was called by Mangla and thereafter, the deceased was killed.

4. During investigation materials including the self inculpatory statement of the co-accused has come which shows the participation of the petitioner in the crime. The petitioner is in jail since 23.07.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69575 of 2024(2) dt.03-10-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner has participated in the crime, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
