JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-09-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Jamui P.S. Case No. 287/2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 354, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be brother in law and father in law respectively of the informant and allegation against them is of assaulting the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that entire allegation is false and concocted and there is property dispute between the parties and although, there is allegation of assault, injury sustained by the informant was found simple in nature.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Jamui P.S.
