JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1 i) That this writ application is being filed for removal of encroachment from Khata no. 1591, Plot No. 2931 and 2932 at resident of villageBathuara Tola - Teliyahi, P.S Bela, Distt. Sitamarhi. Whereby and whereunder the Petitioner has filed writ application bearing C.W.J.C No. 19112/2013 which was disposed on 19-06-2017 by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Dinesh Kumar Singh. Unfortunately, in pursuance of Lordships order respondents have partially removed the Lordships order.
ii) For further direction to the respondent to remove the encroachment from the Raiyati land of petitioner appertaining to Khata no.
626 Plot No. 2933,2934, which have forcefully encroached by the encroacher with feeling of revenge of

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Parihar, District-Sitamarhi, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
