Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sone Nagar GRP Case No.12 of 2008 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 328, 302, 379 Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of the Railway, Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.

From the impugned order, it appears that chargesheet has already been submitted against this petitioner showing him absconder and processes under Section 82-83 Cr. P.C. have also been issued.

In such circumstances, this Court does not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

Prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27125 of 2018 (3) dt.25-06-2018 2/2 Petitioner may surrender before the Court below and seek regular bail, which shall be considered and disposed off in accordance with law, preferably on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order.
