The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sessions Trial No. 357 of 2019 arising out of Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 154 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he was apprehended alongwith stolen motorcycle. Petitioner is in custody since 01.03.2019 Considering the period of custody, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
