The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Submission is that the petitioner was not apprehended at the time of recovery of liquor nor the liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Excise Case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62627 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 No.1185 of 2019, arising out of Maker P.S. Case No.109 of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
