The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366, 372 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the victim girl for the purpose of prostitution.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim girl was recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. she has stated that the petitioner taking her on the motorcycle at Matiyari and when the mother of the victim called on his mobile he returned back her house. The petitioner is in custody since 07.06.2019. Heard learned APP also.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the
