Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Muffasil (Bettiah) P.S. Case no. 136 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. At the instance of the petitioner's husband's brother, who is on inimical terms with the family of the petitioner and who is an influential person, the petitioner has been named in the instant case. She is a lady Teacher in a Government School. Other than the suspicion,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62568 of 2019(3) dt.13-12-2019 2/2 nothing has come in the course of investigation. The learned APP for the State has also not pointed out that there is material other than the suspicion cast from the petitioner during the course of investigation. Considering the aforesaid facts, the provisional anticipatory bail earlier granted to the petitioner vide order dated 17.10.2019 is hereby confirmed.
