2. Petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody since 25.01.2022 in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No.26 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the IPC.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application before the learned Court below as the impugned order has already been assailed in Cr. Misc. No. 26701 of 2022.
