It appears that the office of the Hon'ble Chancellor has referred the matter for appropriate decision by the State Government on 31.5.2019 and till date there is no decision one way or the other by the State Government.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Additional Chief Secretary-cum- Principal Secretary, Education Department to see that final decision is taken on the issue of preparation of wait list in terms of Articles 5.6 and 5.7 of the Statute for appointment of teachers (Assistant
